Edmunds GovTech Introduces Our New and Improved Live Chat Feature

On Friday, June 12th, Edmunds GovTech rolled out their new and improved Live Chat feature that is now accessible on www.EdmundsGovTech.com. With this new feature, you will now see an option at the lower right-hand corner of the screen that prompts you to “Chat with an Expert”. Once selected, the chat box will open and you will be able to immediately connect with one of our Customer Support Specialists.

If a representative is not available to chat at the time, your information will automatically be submitted in the form of a support ticket/case for you.
