Bob Edmunds

Bob started at Edmunds in 1982 as an Associate Programmer. He made significant contributions to the company, and in 1991 was appointed President. His father, Robert R. Edmunds retired a few years later, at which point Bob was then appointed CEO. With his clear vision and team-based collaborative approach, Bob has seen the company evolve to become the East Coast leader in software solutions for local government. He now presides as Executive Chairman, while also advocating for many philanthropic endeavors including: Edmunds’ Family Charitable Trust, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, South Jersey Select AAU Basketball, and more.

Greg Sebastian
President, Edmunds GovTech
Greg has 30 years of technology company leadership that includes over 10 years of serving local government across the United States. Greg came to Edmunds from Tyler Technologies, where he served as President, Public Safety Division. He joined Tyler as the result of the sale of New World Systems (where he was GM of its ERP Division and Corporate CFO) to Tyler in 2015. Prior to New World, Greg worked in Private Equity and was also CEO of Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd’s U.S. subsidiary serving Semiconductor Manufacturers, and served on their global Board of Directors in Tokyo, Japan. Greg, who started his career at KPMG, is a CPA and has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a Master Degree in Finance.

Russell is more than familiar with the challenges of custom code and new client implementations, both as a vendor and a customer. Prior to his role in local government as CIO/CTO for the City of Tampa, FL., he was the Director of Information and Technical Services at HTE, Inc.
