Bob Edmunds joined Edmunds GovTech in 1982 as an Associate Programmer and has helped lead the company’s growth for more than four decades. After serving as President and now CEO, he has guided the organization’s evolution into a leading provider of software solutions for local governments across the country. As Executive Chairman, Bob continues to provide strategic leadership while supporting the company’s long-term vision, innovation initiatives, and commitment to customer success. He is also actively involved in several charitable organizations ie. Edmunds’ Family Charitable Trust, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, South Jersey Select AAU Basketball, and more.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Montclair State University

Bob Edmunds, Jr. oversees revenue growth and customer-facing operations at Edmunds GovTech, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Professional Services. A third-generation leader within the company, he has played a key role in expanding the organization’s customer base and driving strategic growth initiatives across the country. His experience spans sales leadership, business development, and customer engagement, helping strengthen Edmunds GovTech’s position as a trusted partner for local governments. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and coaching basketball.

Justin Heckler leads the company’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. With more than a decade of accounting and financial management experience, he helps guide the organization’s financial strategy and supports continued growth and operational excellence. His leadership ensures the company maintains a strong financial foundation while investing in innovation and customer success. Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with family.

Jason Bray leads product and technology strategy across Edmunds GovTech’s portfolio of software solutions. With nearly three decades of experience in enterprise software, technology leadership, and product development, he is responsible for driving innovation, platform modernization, scalability, and long-term growth. Jason has extensive experience building high-performing teams and delivering technology solutions that support both customer needs and business objectives. Outside of work, Jason enjoys golf, tennis, fishing, and spending time with family.

Tim Trench leads the company’s payments business, bringing more than 15 years of experience in fintech, payments, product strategy, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has helped scale high-growth organizations, develop strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in embedded payments and financial technology solutions. At Edmunds GovTech, Tim focuses on expanding payment offerings that help government agencies improve efficiency and better serve their communities. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, following hockey, and exploring local restaurants.

Rich Evoy has dedicated his career to helping government organizations leverage technology to improve operations and better serve their communities. With leadership experience spanning sales, operations, and customer engagement, he has played an important role in helping agencies modernize processes and increase efficiency through technology. Rich works closely with customers and internal teams to support long-term success and organizational growth. Outside of work, Rich enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Lisa Canonico leads Human Resources at Edmunds GovTech, overseeing employee relations, recruiting, training, payroll administration, and talent development. Since joining the company, she has focused on fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth and success. Her people-first approach helps strengthen the organization and maintain the collaborative environment that defines Edmunds GovTech. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys bicycling, creating stained glass art, and spending time with her family.

Jeffrey Stout leads Customer Support at Edmunds GovTech, overseeing the customer support and customer success teams with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Since joining Edmunds in 1999, he has held a variety of leadership and customer-facing roles, including Software Support Specialist and Director of Solutions Consulting. Throughout his career, Jeff has implemented software solutions, partnered with prospective and existing customers to help them achieve their goals, and built strong relationships through his deep product knowledge and commitment to customer success. His broad experience across the organization enables him to lead a high-performing support team dedicated to providing best-in-class service. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.

Jeffrey Saitz works closely with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and ensure their needs are aligned with the company’s products and services. His deep understanding of local government operations helps organizations identify the right technology to achieve their goals. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys volunteering, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors.

Anthony Martella leads customer support initiatives and helps ensure clients receive timely, knowledgeable assistance across the company’s software solutions. He also plays a key role in team training and operational excellence. Outside of work, Anthony is an avid sports fan and is even a partial shareholder in the Green Bay Packers.

Michele Lysack oversees support operations and quality assurance initiatives that help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. With extensive experience in customer service and municipal government, she focuses on process improvement, team development, and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Paul Skibo leads the Customer Success team, helping clients maximize the value of their software investment and achieve their operational goals. With more than two decades at Edmunds GovTech, he brings a deep understanding of customer needs and long-term partnership development. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with family and exploring technology.

Chris Easterwood leads the Professional Services organization, including implementations, project management, and data services. He works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and positive project outcomes. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family.

Joseph Graham is responsible for managing the project implementation teams, monitoring all implementation tasks and training for each project, ensuring on time delivery of all project deliverables, and driving client success through go-live. Joe is dedicated to training improvement initiatives that are focused on providing the most efficient, effective, and engaging customer training experience possible. Outside of work, Joe enjoys continuous learning and professional development.

Richard White leads the Data Services team, overseeing technical implementation resources, data conversion projects, and technical strategy. He focuses on delivering accurate, efficient solutions that support successful customer implementations. Outside of work, Rich enjoys hiking, fishing, and playing the guitar and mandolin.

Bryan Adams leads the Project Management team, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with customer and business objectives. His experience across support, implementations, and project leadership provides a strong foundation for driving successful outcomes. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys traveling and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.

Darren Perry leads engineering efforts across the organization, focusing on technical excellence, agile development, and product quality. He works closely with product leadership to bring innovative solutions to market and support long-term platform growth. Allen Foster leads product management and helps shape the future direction of Edmunds GovTech solutions. Drawing on decades of industry and product experience, he works closely with customers and development teams to deliver meaningful enhancements and innovations. Ida Taylor leads go-to-market strategy, product demonstrations, and strategic growth initiatives. With extensive experience across customer support, implementations, product management, and business development, she helps connect customer needs with innovative technology solutions. Outside of work, Ida enjoys building strong relationships within the government finance community.

Jeffrey Punzel leads the strategy and evolution of Edmunds GovTech’s payment capabilities, focusing on integrating payments more deeply into the ERP experience and delivering greater value to state and local governments. With more than 30 years of experience across fintech, software, e-commerce, and enterprise technology, he brings extensive expertise in electronic payments, payment processing, gateways, online bill payment, APIs, fraud management, ACH, embedded payments, software development, and product management. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys restoring and maintaining his two antique 1922 Model T Ford cars and preserving a piece of automotive history.

Eric Browning leads the company’s information security program, overseeing security strategy, risk management, compliance, and the protection of customer-facing platforms. With more than 15 years of experience building and scaling security programs for high-growth software and e-commerce organizations, he brings deep expertise in enterprise risk, cloud security, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOX. Throughout his career he has established security functions from the ground up, led incident response and disaster recovery efforts, and guided organizations through complex audits and acquisitions. His approach treats security not as a cost center but as a business enabler that builds customer trust and supports continued growth. Outside of work, Eric enjoys motorcycling, playing guitar, and spending time with family.

Reid Burchell oversees internal IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps initiatives that support both Edmunds GovTech and its customers. He focuses on maintaining secure, reliable environments that enable innovation and growth. Outside of work, Reid enjoys spending time with family, photography, cooking, golf, and playing piano.

Jeremy Barretta leads quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and usability. He works closely with development teams to support product excellence across the organization. Tara Foxe oversees product release planning and execution, helping ensure new enhancements are delivered efficiently and successfully. Her experience across support, implementations, and product analysis provides a strong foundation for cross-functional collaboration. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.

Leveraging her deep expertise in data analytics, financial management, and implementation strategy, Angela brings clarity, structure, and innovation to how Edmunds GovTech equips its staff for long-term success. Leanne Kienzle leads the Solutions Consulting team, helping organizations evaluate and implement solutions that address their operational challenges. Starting in support, Leanne built a strong foundation in both the product and client needs, which she now brings to her leadership role, helping organizations find practical, effective solutions that make their day-to-day work easier.
