Office Assistant

Description

The part-time office assistant provides support to the daily operations of Edmund GovTech’s corporate office.  This role involves a range of clerical tasks to help maintain a smooth and organized workflow. This position is part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10 am – 3 pm.

Expectations

We rely on our Office Assistant to:

  • Ability to utilize phone system
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Enter accurate information in support ticketing software
  • Monitor and re-direct support tickets to appropriate departments within software

Description

Our Edmunds GovTech (EGT) Marketing Communication Manager is in a marketing position with an industry-leading provider of local government ERP software solutions. Our EGT Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for abiding by the brand guidelines to create meaningful content and manage campaigns. Utilizing marketing automation, the Marketing Communication Manager will track campaign impact. The EGT Marketing Communication Manager must have a working knowledge of EGT products offered in the market along with strong industry knowledge. This position is in Northfield, NJ, hybrid, or remotely and reports to the Director of Marketing.

Expectations

Sales Development Representative

Description

Our Edmunds GovTech (EGT) Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry level sales and marketing position with an industry leading provider of local government ERP software solutions. Our EGT Sales Development Representatives create and nurture prospective client relationships and assist with the qualification process for the Regional Sales Directors. SDR’s will be required to assist with marketing campaign outreach and follow-up. Software Presentation Specialist

Description

Our EGT Software Presentation Specialists are product experts and perform our product demonstration process. The primary focus of the Software Presentation Specialist is to share information about the ERP system developed by Edmunds GovTech with prospective customers. As an EGT Software Presentation Specialist, you will work with other team members and regional sales directors to understand prospective clients’ needs and prepare and present tailored product demonstrations. 

Expectations

Data Services Intern

Position Description

The Data Services Intern is responsible for assisting in the execution of several critical activities throughout our ERP software implementations, including gathering data conversion/data mapping requirements, assisting with data extraction, and assisting with data conversion programming, validation, testing, and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience working within all aspects of an end-to-end data conversion process. This role reports to the Director of Data Services.

This position is responsible for interacting directly with our clients to discover and extract data from their legacy systems using databases, database back-up files, application reporting tools, and other forms of data back-up file structures. Position Description

The Project Manager is a key member of the Professional Services team and will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for software implementations and will take on the responsibility planning and monitoring the project plan through successful completion and go live.

They are the key ingredient in enabling our local government customers to maximize the impact of our software in service to their communities. We require that our Implementation Consultant exhibit:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent technical ability to learn software systems. 
  • Travel required – 50-60% 

Qualifications

We find that many of our most impactful Implementation Consultant possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 
  • Professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, government administration or related field.
