Sales Development Representative Manager
Description
The Edmunds GovTech (EGT) Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager is a marketing and sales position with an industry-leading provider of local government ERP software solutions. This role owns the performance of the SDR team and is measured on pipeline growth and the quality of qualified opportunities passed to sales. This position is located in Northfield, NJ and reports to the VP of Marketing.
$70,000 – $85,000 plus incentive
Expectations
We rely on our Sales Development Representative Manager to:
- Manage the SDR team, ensuring that the team is carrying out Salesloft campaigns with current messaging, measuring success of outreach and frequency, and adjusting future activities to increase pipeline
- Coach SDRs daily through live call shadowing, call recording reviews, and 1:1s, using Salesloft data to identify patterns, skill gaps, and coaching moments across the team
- Run and refine the outbound cadence and sequencing strategy in Salesloft, ensuring SDRs are executing plays consistently and effectively
- Make cold calls to model best practices, jump into live coaching moments, and stay close enough to the work to coach with credibility
- Own and continuously refine the lead qualification process (e.g., BANT), tightening criteria based on what converts downstream
- Drive team quota attainment for qualified meetings/opportunities and overall pipeline contribution
- Analyze call and activity data in Gong and Salesloft to spot trends, identify top performer behaviors, and scale them across the team
- Deliver structured feedback loops: call scorecards, roleplay sessions, and skill-building programs tied to specific competencies (discovery, objection handling, qualification, best practices, government trends)
- Create and build automation rules and flows in Salesloft and Gong
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align qualification standards, messaging, and lead routing
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs against a clear coaching and LMS platform
- Work with Regional Sales Directors, VP of Sales, and VP of Marketing to ensure quality assurance and proper lead qualification for additional coaching
- Assist with tasks assigned by VP of Marketing with input from the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, and Chief Revenue Officer

Qualifications
We find that our most impactful Sales Development Representative Manager possesses:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years managing or coaching an SDR/BDR team, ideally in a B2B or Government SaaS environment
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong and comfortability building cadences, creating automations, being the system admin, pulling conversation analytics, and using both tools daily, not just reporting off them
- A track record of improving team performance through coaching, not just managing to a number
- Strong grasp of qualification frameworks and experience refining them based on downstream conversion data
- Excellent communication skills; especially to give direct, specific feedback on calls constantly
- Comfortable being on the phone and coaching in real time, not just after the fact
- Interest in remaining up-to-date on industry trends and insights, pivoting calls and priorities as trends develop
- Comfort level with technology, marketing campaigns, and marketing automation
- Desire to learn in fast-paced environment

Project Manager
Position Description
The Project Manager is a key member of the Professional Services team and will report to the Director of Project Management. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for EGT software implementations and will take on the responsibility of planning and monitoring the project plan through successful completion and go-live.
$85,000 – $110,000 (Employer est)
Expectations
Our Project Managers have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall implementation project plan from start to finish for multiple ERP software projects concurrently
- Manage project communication for all internal and external project stakeholders
- Conduct kick-off meetings and consistent project touchpoints during the software implementation
- Deliver concise project updates as needed to internal and external project stakeholders and keep internal systems up to date
- Document and communicate lessons learned to continually improve implementation processes
- Manage assignment and calendars of project resources across Implementation and Data Services team to meet project objectives
- Work with other project managers to ensure overall team resources are utilized at capacity to deliver EGT software and meet business delivery and revenue objectives
Qualifications
We find that our most impactful Project Managers possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related subject area
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Internal Candidates – Applicable knowledge and experience of EGT products preferred with a minimum of 4 years of experience working on implementations and must have worked in a senior level capacity.

Data Analyst
Position Description
This position is responsible for interacting directly with our clients to discover, acquire, and extract data from their legacy software systems using a wide range of technologies such as SQL, Python, and reporting systems. This role is a fast-paced position that involves working on multiple client engagements at various points within the SDLC. Great communication skills, being detail oriented, and overall organization skills are a must.
$60,000 – $75,000 (Employer est)
Expectations
Our Data Analysts have the following responsibilities:
- Work on a team of developers, analysts, and consultants focused on data acquisition and migration.
- Perform data acquisition techniques for gathering system requirements.
- Extract data from a wide variety of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured formats.
- Assist in the development of process automations using scripting languages such as Python and bash.
- Leverage technical platforms and SQL database scripts to develop data extraction methods.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
We find that our most impactful Data Analysts possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, accounting, finance or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in professional services, client implementation, and/or data migrations.
- Experience with Database Management Systems (MSSQL, Oracle, AS400, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, bash, PowerShell is a plus.

Implementation Consultant – Finance & Payroll
Description
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing several critical activities throughout our ERP software implementations including gathering business and workflow requirements, gap analysis, data conversion review, validation, training, and system configuration.
$65,000-$80,000 (Employer est) based on experience
Expectations
We rely on our Implementation Consultant to maintain and grow our customer relationships through:
- Lead clients through successful implementation of EGT ERP Software Products.
- Review and identify customer business process and workflow requirements.
- Use subject matter expertise to consult clients on optimal use of our products for their business.
- Educate and train users on software functionality, remote or onsite.
- Work with client and QA analysts on data mapping documents while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Validate data conversions are accurate and meet project scope requirements.
- Provide instruction and guidance to clients for proper data review and validation.
- May work with QA and Product Management teams to document and test product features and change requests.
- Create training agendas, client specific process documentation, and other required project documents.
- Ability to use technical tools such as MS SQL, My SQL, Adobe LiveCycle, Monarch to assist with various project tasks.
- May create custom forms and reports for client specific needs.
- Organize project documentation and keep internal project tracking systems up to date.
