Edmunds GovTech to Present the 2022 Guts & Glory 5k
Northfield, NJ – August 3, 2022: Edmunds GovTech (EGT) will proudly present the 2022 Guts & Glory 5k Walk/Run on Sunday, August 14th 2022 in Ocean City, NJ. This will be EGT’s 26th year in a row as the primary sponsor of the event.
The Guts & Glory 5k is a charity fundraiser done in partnership with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (CCF). All funds raised will go directly to the CCF. In 2021, the 5k generated more than $260,000 in donations stemming from the efforts of hundreds of participants.
Individuals overseeing the event at the Aquatic Center in Ocean City, NJ will include several employee volunteers from EGT.
“Guts & Glory has been an incredible fundraiser over the years. We have great turnout of participants and raise a substantial amount of money for a great cause,” said Bob Edmunds, Race Chairman and Owner of EGT. “We look forward to seeing everyone there and hope to exceed our proceeds from last year.”
EGT’s goal is to further their contribution and add to the $4,000,000 in funds raised since the event’s inception. Funding will not only increase awareness, but it will continue to provide the individuals and families who are directly affected access to the services they need.
