Edmunds GovTech to Present the 2025 Guts & Glory 5k

Northfield, NJ – Edmunds GovTech (EGT) is excited to announce the 2025 Guts & Glory 5k Run/Walk, scheduled for Sunday, August 10th, 2025, at Emil Palmer Park in Ocean City, NJ. This marks EGT’s 29th consecutive year as the primary sponsor of this charitable event.

The Guts & Glory 5k is a charity fundraiser organized in collaboration with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (CCF). All proceeds from the event will directly benefit the CCF. Last year, the event raised over $380,000 thanks to hundreds of enthusiastic participants.

EGT employees will once again volunteer to help oversee the event this year.

“Through our partnership with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, we’ve raised nearly $5 million to date in support of groundbreaking research and patient services,” said Bob Edmunds, Race Chairman and Owner of Edmunds GovTech. “Our ongoing collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) has been instrumental in advancing treatments for children affected by Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis. We’re excited to welcome both returning and new participants this year.”

EGT aims to significantly enhance their contributions this year to further increase awareness and support for those affected by Crohn’s and Colitis. The funds raised will continue to provide critical services and resources to individuals and families in need.
