I joined Edmunds GovTech in 2024 as a Customer Support Specialist supporting Finance and Payroll, and transitioned to the Customer Success team in 2025. My time in support gave me a strong understanding of the software and how our clients use it, allowing me to provide clear, practical guidance and build strong partnerships.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing video and board games, travelling down to Florida to enjoy Disney & Universal, and attending metal concerts and festivals.
