Description

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring customers are meeting their goals using our products and services. CSMs are customer advocates that continuously add value to the relationship by leveraging our industry expertise and deep knowledge of our customer’s needs. CSMs collaborate with internal teams such as support, product development, sales, and professional services to help improve the customer experience.

Expectations

We rely on our Customer Success Managers to:

  • Drive customer adoption of products by providing a consistent and positive customer experience

Software Presentation Specialist

Description

Our EGT Software Presentation Specialists are product experts and perform our product demonstration process. The primary focus of the Software Presentation Specialist is to share information about the ERP system developed by Edmunds GovTech with prospective customers. As an EGT Software Presentation Specialist, you will work with other team members and regional sales directors to understand prospective clients’ needs and prepare and present tailored product demonstrations. 

Expectations

We will primarily rely on our Software Presentation Specialists to: 

  • Provide pre-sales technical & functional software demonstrations to prospective clients. 
  • Assist with pre-sales technical follow up throughout the sales process. 
  • Act as a product, industry, and subject matter expert for sales representatives and marketing content. 
  • Develop sales and marketing content – videos, webinars, blogs, and interviews. 
  • Maintain a working understanding of Edmunds’ market position and an advanced knowledge of the local governmental marketplace. 
  • Assist with proposal generation, RFP responses, sales and marketing tasks, and technical follow up. 

Requirements

Data Services Intern

Position Description

The Data Services Intern is responsible for assisting in the execution of several critical activities throughout our ERP software implementations, including gathering data conversion/data mapping requirements, assisting with data extraction, and assisting with data conversion programming, validation, testing, and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience working within all aspects of an end-to-end data conversion process. This role reports to the Director of Data Services.

Expectations

Our Data Services Interns have the following responsibilities:

  • Review and identify customer data mapping/data conversion requirements.
  • Learn how to effectively utilize multiple technologies and programming languages to perform data extractions, transformations, and conversion programming.
  • Work directly with Data Analysts and Implementation Consultants on data mapping documents.
  • Validate that data conversions are accurate and meet project scope requirements.
  • Utilize paired programming and learn how to effectively write data conversion programs utilizing both SQL, JAVA, and Python.

Qualifications

Position Description

This position is responsible for interacting directly with our clients to discover and extract data from their legacy systems using databases, database back-up files, application reporting tools, and other forms of data back-up file structures. This role is a fast-paced position that involves working on multiple client engagements at various points within the SDLC. Great communication skills, being detail oriented, and overall organization skills are a must.

Project Manager

Position Description

The Project Manager is a key member of the Professional Services team and will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for software implementations and will take on the responsibility planning and monitoring the project plan through successful completion and go live.

Expectations

Our Project Managers have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, and manage the overall implementation project plan from start to finish for multiple ERP software projects concurrently
  • Manage project communication for all internal and external project stakeholders
  • Conduct kick-off meetings and consistent project touchpoints during the software implementation
  • Deliver concise project updates as needed to internal and external project stakeholders and keep internal systems up to date
  • Document and communicate lessons learned to continually improve implementation processes
