For many years, the Town of Kilmarnock faced challenges with their previous ERP software vendor. With the Town’s 1,200 water and wastewater utility accounts, they needed a system that was Microsoft Windows-based, a feature that was not offered by their previous system. Additionally, their software provider made reporting difficult and lacked sufficient and reliable support services. For these reasons, the Town decided to explore other software options.

Action

After speaking with the Edmunds GovTech team, the Town of Kilmarnock realized that it was time to make the switch to a new provider that is Microsoft Windows based. Edmunds was the best total solution to streamline the Town’s business processes and increase their efficiency through a simplified reporting system.
